Dr. Tracy Lo

Dr. Tracy Lo is a US-trained Clinical Psychologist providing psychotherapy, supervision, and consultation. She is a licensed psychologist in the state of California, USA, a member of Register of Clinical Psychologists accredited by the Department of Health in Hong Kong, and a Registered Clinical Psychologist with the Hong Kong Psychological Society (HKPS). She is an Associated Fellow of the HKPS and the Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association (HKPCA). Additionally, she serves as an Approved Counselling Supervisor for the HKPCA. In her previous roles, she worked as a part-time lecturer at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (HK Institute of Educational Research). She also previously held a faculty position at the China Graduate School of Theoogy, where she taught counselling studies and provide clinical supervision.

Dr. Lo works with children, adolescents, adults, and families through a multitude of issues. She is experienced in the areas of anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, and life transitions. She is an EMDR Certified Therapist, an EMDR Consultant-in-training, an IFS-trained Therapist and a trained teacher in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy via the Oxford Mindfulness Centre.

 

Dr. Lo takes a holistic and integrated approach to mental health treatment. She utilizes a range of modalities in her practice including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, IFS, Play Therapy, and other mindfulness-based approaches.
